Sometimes we know exactly what we want to change…
and yet still find ourselves returning to the same habits, patterns, or reactions.
Why is that?
This gathering is a space to explore that question through thoughtful conversation, shared reflection, and curiosity about how habits and behaviour work.
Together, we’ll explore some of the reasons change can feel difficult, even when motivation and intention are present, and how greater awareness can sometimes shift the way we relate to those patterns.
The evening will include:
• gentle discussion and shared perspectives
• reflection prompts
• space to listen and think openly
• a calm, welcoming atmosphere
There is no pressure to share, no expectation to have answers, and no need to prepare anything beforehand.
