There are patterns many of us think we’ve moved past…
until we find ourselves right back in them again.
Certain habits, reactions, routines, or ways of thinking can feel surprisingly difficult to step away from, even when part of us genuinely wants something different.
Why does that happen?
This gathering is a space to explore that question through thoughtful conversation, shared reflection, and curiosity about the role familiarity and repetition can play in our lives.
Together, we’ll explore some of the reasons certain patterns can feel so persistent, and how greater awareness can sometimes change the way we relate to them.
The evening will include:
• gentle discussion and shared perspectives
• reflection prompts
• space to listen and think openly
• a calm, welcoming atmosphere
There is no pressure to share, no expectation to have answers, and no need to prepare anything beforehand.
