Letting Go Without Force...

We’re often taught that change happens through discipline, pressure, or trying harder.

But sometimes the more force we apply, the more stuck things can begin to feel.

This gathering is a space to explore a different relationship with change, one rooted less in control and more in awareness, understanding, and gentler forms of movement.

Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to loosen our grip on certain habits, thoughts, or expectations, and how a softer approach can sometimes create more space for change than constant effort does.

The evening will include:
• gentle discussion and shared perspectives
• reflection prompts
• space to listen and think openly
• a calm, welcoming atmosphere

There is no pressure to share, no expectation to let anything go immediately, and no need to prepare anything beforehand.

You’re very welcome to simply come along and take part in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
