What Change Actually Requires...

We often imagine change as a breakthrough moment.
A sudden decision.
A burst of motivation.
A completely new version of ourselves arriving all at once.

But in reality, meaningful change can be much quieter, slower, and less linear than we expect.

This gathering is a space to explore what lasting change may genuinely ask of us, not through pressure or perfection, but through honesty, awareness, consistency, and patience with ourselves along the way.

Together, we’ll reflect on some of the assumptions we carry about change, and how a more realistic understanding of growth can sometimes make it feel more possible, not less.

The evening will include:
• gentle discussion and shared perspectives
• reflection prompts
• space to listen and think openly
• a calm, welcoming atmosphere

There is no pressure to arrive with answers, achievements, or progress to report.

You’re very welcome to simply come along and take part in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
