What We Don't Always Notice About Ourselves...
Much of what shapes our behaviour happens so automatically that we barely notice it at all.
Certain reactions, habits, assumptions, or emotional patterns can become so familiar that they begin to feel like part of who we are, rather than something we’ve learned or repeated over time.
This gathering is a space to explore some of the quieter influences behind the way we think, respond, and move through life, through thoughtful conversation, shared reflection, and curiosity about the parts of ourselves we don’t always immediately see.
Together, we’ll reflect on what can begin to shift when we slow down enough to notice ourselves more clearly and with a little less judgement.
The evening will include:
• gentle discussion and shared perspectives
• reflection prompts
• space to listen and think openly
• a calm, welcoming atmosphere
There is no pressure to share, no expectation to uncover anything dramatic, and no need to prepare anything beforehand.
You’re very welcome to simply come along and take part in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
