SNOWSHOE SOVEREIGN LAKE NORDIQ

❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️. Let’s hope there is enough of these snowflakes to give us a decent shoe at Sovereign. This has been a regular spot with the group for many years and is so beautiful when there is a lot of snow. I know Mother Nature has not been kind to us so far, so grab the chance when you can.

From highway 97 through Vernon follow a sign for Silver Star Resort and Silver Star road. Turn right and continue for about 30 minutes until you see the signs for Sovereign Lake on your left continue up about 5 minutes and the road will take you right into the large parking area. We will meet at the clubhouse where you can buy your ticket or you can do this online too.

We will take the RIDGELINE trail, the round trip of which is about 4.5 kms. Be ready with your ticket to start at 10 am.

Post event we can drive up to Silver Star..5-10 mins for a bite at one of the restaurants.
