🌍 We are an international exchange circle where foreign guests living in Japan teach us home-style dishes from their countries or regions, and everyone cooks and eats together.
🍳 It’s not just a conversation meetup. We create natural conversations while cutting vegetables, kneading dough, cooking, and sharing food together.
👥 Participants work in small groups of around 3–4 people, so it’s easy to join even if it’s your first time or you come alone.
🥞 For our first event, we invited French and Swiss guests and held a crêpe party. Everyone experienced making the batter and cooking crêpes together, creating a warm and natural atmosphere through cooking.
🌸 Many Japanese women also join each event, so the atmosphere is friendly, calm, and comfortable.
💰 Most events will be around 3,000–4,500 yen, including ingredients.
👨🍳 We are also looking for foreign hosts who can teach us home-style dishes from their countries or regions. You don’t need to be a professional chef — just someone who enjoys sharing your culture through food.
🌍 日本に住む外国人ゲストに、その国や地域の家庭料理を教えてもらいながら、みんなで一緒に作って食べる国際交流サークルです。
🍳 ただ話すだけの交流会ではなく、野菜を切ったり、生地をこねたり、焼いたりしながら、自然に会話が生まれるのが特徴です。
👥 3〜4人ほどの少人数グループで作業するので、初参加や一人参加でも話しやすい雰囲気です。
🥞 第一弾では、フランス人・スイス人ゲストを招いてクレープパーティーを開催しました。生地作りからクレープを焼くところまで体験し、料理を通じて自然に交流できる時間になりました。
🌸 毎回、日本人女性の参加も多く、落ち着いた雰囲気で楽しめます。
💰 材料費込みで、3,000円〜4,500円程度のイベントを中心に開催予定です。
👨🍳 また、自分の国や地域の家庭料理を教えてくれる外国人ホストも募集しています。プロの料理人である必要はありません。料理を通じて、自分の文化を楽しくシェアしたい方を歓迎します。
