I’m running a small-group risotto masterclass where we’ll cook together and learn how to make a proper, silky risotto from scratch.
I’ll show you the little details that make the difference — how to build flavour, when to add the stock, when to stop cooking, and how to finish it so it tastes rich, balanced and restaurant-quality.
You won’t just be watching. You’ll be cooking alongside me, asking questions as we go, and getting a feel for the technique.
We’ll also make a simple dessert to finish.
After the cooking, we’ll sit down together, enjoy what we’ve made, and share the meal and connect around the table. Bring a bottle of wine if you’d like.
