Do you want to learn how to make pasta from scratch and have fun creating different pasta shapes to enjoy with delicious sauces? Then this workshop is for you!

In this class you will learn how to make pasta dough using flour and water. Then, you will learn how to make traditional pasta shapes: orecchiette, cavatelli and mafalde!
In parallel, we’ll be making some delicious and seasonal pasta sauces: a quick version of the traditional, all-time favorite ragù alla Bolognese, the always tasty carbonara and a vegan parsley pesto sauce.

It will be pretty hands on, as the purpose is for you to learn by doing how to make these recipes so that you can easily replicate them at home and boost your cooking skills!

The cost for the cooking workshop is 50€ per person. Group booking discounts available! Please read the terms and conditions. Participants must be 18+.

The workshops will take place on Friday evening (17.45-21.45) Saturday/Sunday afternoon (16.00-20.00)

The location is the lovely Olivity, a greek restaurant in Overtoom 239, 1054 HV Amsterdam.
