What we’re about

What is the one thing that ALWAYS goes wrong when it’s not working?

When the collaboration in a team is not working it’s almost always for the same reason: an outdated leadership and/or an under-developed collaboration climate. We often forget that leadership has to be totally different and that the team needs to be able to work through to a safe and open working climate for themselves.

Tuff Leadership Training has, for more than 25 years, been working practically with self-managing teams and identified important prerequisites that need to be in place for collaboration to work. It’s all about fundamentally shifting the leadership and to putting effort into developing a trusting, open culture. You can read about the learnings from this in the book “Mooseheads on the table”.

This seminar will be in English and in addition to you working within HR we think this can add value to for example agile coaches, managers, organisational developers and more.

Karin Tenelius is the co-founder of Tuff Leadership Training. Inspired by Ricardo Semler in the nineties, she began coaching small organisations in Sweden to become self-managing and it is these stories featured in the book, 'Moose Heads on the Table: Stories About Self-Managing Organisations From Sweden'. Her entrepreneurship is driven by a strong vision to contribute to changing society, focusing on creating workplaces that work for people and liberate the best in them.
