But how much of what we're communicating are we actually aware of?
And how much can we influence?
In this workshop, we'll explore first impressions, body language, presence and observation—and the signals we send before we consciously start communicating.
We'll experiment with them through practical exercises, role-play and observation, and we'll look at what happens when we change just a small part of the way we show up.
No performance required.
No need to “be good at people.”

In this workshop, we'll explore what it means to make someone feel heard, how our own assumptions get in the way of listening, and what changes when we stop trying to immediately respond, fix, advise or compare.
We'll experiment with different ways of listening through practical exercises, role-play, observation and feedback.
