This group is focused on exploring the successful application of OKRs in businesses and organizationally meaningful contexts. We explore use cases and go through real-life examples. We aim to serve as a sounding board for professionals interested in sharing experiences, getting sparring or simply exploring what the OKR methodology has to offer, especially so in a comparison to KPIs and setting an unparalleled strategic direction throughout the organizational levels/layers.
