*Yossi Moalem*
A Team Leader in Check Point's Threat-Prevention division. He has over 15 years of experience as a professional programmer, mainly in C/C++. Yossi considers the standard as light reading and spends all his spare time learning new technologies and methodologies (much to the delight of his wife!!). On the positive side, he loves Led Zeppelin.

*vcpkg*
Any real-life size software project faces the pain of dependency management, and the wealth of build configurations in C++ makes this particularly troublesome. In this talk we will introduce the newest solution from Microsoft: vcpkg. We will go from basic usage, through some internals (some MSBuild familiarity would be helpful), and hopefully would have the time to demonstrate package authoring. We will briefly discuss alternatives and compare them.

*Concepts in Clang*
A brief introduction to concepts and their current state, and the story of how I ended up implementing them myself for the Clang compiler, with general discussion of hacking on compilers and contributing to them.

*Saar Raz*
Saar is 24 years old, IDF civilian employee, and also happen to be a big C++ enthusiast. A year ago Saar volunteered to implement C++20 concepts in the Clang compiler, and since have been working on that, having finished a feature-complete version.
