`constexpr` function params - coming soon to a compiler near you?
Constexpr params have lately gained new attention in the C++ standards committee. We will do a short review of one new and one older proposal that tackles this issue from two different angles. Also, where do non-type template parameters (NTTP) come in, and could constexpr and consteval soon gain new meanings?

I'm a veteran cross-industry C++ developer, notably having worked on low-level reverse engineering systems employing API hooking, DLL injection and other advanced techniques. I'm a WG21 standards committee member via the Israeli NB. I work as Windows Software Developer Tech Lead at Morphisec, an Israeli defensive cyber company developing revolutionary Automated Moving Target Defense (AMTD). Over the past year I spoke at CoreCPP, CppCon and C++Now, presenting my DO_ON_INIT utility.
