August CoreOS + Wercker Meetup

Details

Join us for the August SF CoreOS Meetup at the Twilio office! Alex Crawford, Head of CoreOS Linux at CoreOS, will speak about Ignition (https://coreos.com/ignition/docs/latest/what-is-ignition.html), a reliable mechanism for provisioning machines as required by your Kubernetes cluster. Our second talk will be by Faiq Raza. He will speak about Wercker's automation platform on top of Kubernetes and the custom tooling they've built around it. The evening will conclude with a talk from Tectonic team lead Ed Rooth, about Tectonic 1.3 (https://tectonic.com/blog/tectonic-1-3-release.html) which features a new graphical installer for bare metal, enterprise authentication, new monitoring integrations, and more. Dinner, drinks, and childcare will also be provided. If you are planning on brining your child, please send their name and age to elsie.phillips@coreos.com . It'll be a great night, so we hope to see you there!

Please follow the signs that guide you to the end of the hallway and take the freight elevator to the 3rd floor. Checkin will be right outside the elevator on the 3rd floor.
