What we’re about

Are you bored of conventional fitness programs? Looking for something to challenge you physically and mentally? Come out and move around with us as we explore natural movements that are practical, fun, and build strength and mobility without feeling like a chore.

Hopefully you're invested enough now that the P word won't scare you away. Parkour is more than jumping across buildings and doing flips. I will explore movement at whatever level you are at and build from there. There are no expectations or prerequisites. All you need is your body, a sturdy pair of shoes, and a bit of curiosity.
