PROGRAM
In an intensive workshop, you will receive hands-on tools, concepts, and concrete actions.

Trauma in organizations.
What role does trauma play within your organization? Explore how you are connected to the organizational trauma.

Trauma in work relations.
Recognise trauma at the workfloor. What patterns repeat themselves? How can you realise breakthroughs? And what is your role?

Culture iceberg interventions.
How, where, when, and what can you do as an internal employee or external expert? The model we’ll present will help you time your intervention well.

Theme demonstrations.
We do a few demonstrations on working with trauma-dynamics with employees.

Introduction culture canvas.
Let us take you along the canvas that creates a language for further reflection.

Do it yourself: how to start the conversation
You are dedicated to do something with this theme. How do you make it safe to talk about trauma? We’ll share do’s and don’ts from our experience.
