Join the Cosmic Soul Sync Community for a mindful day hike and meditative communion with Mother Earth at Hidden Falls Regional Park.
This will be a short, gentle hike—approximately 2 miles total—leading us to the first waterfall only. Once we arrive, we will take a moment to pause, ground, and reconnect, guided through a meditation anchoring into the resonance of Gaia’s breath.
🧺 Following the meditation, we will return to the parking area to enjoy a bring-your-own picnic lunch together. Please come prepared to nourish both body and spirit.

Note: The return path includes a small incline—please prepare accordingly. The weather forecast shows a beautiful autumn day, ideal for presence in nature.

Parking reservations are required on all weekends, peak use days, and holidays. You MUST purchase your parking pass in advance.
