We are living in a time where so much knowledge is being brought to the surface on so many different topics that it’s important to share all we can!

- Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind (CE5) is peaceful, human-initiated contact with extraterrestrial intelligence through meditation, intention, and expanded consciousness.

How to Prepare for Contact:
✔️ Clear Your Mind – Take time before the gathering to release stress or expectations.
✔️ Set Your Intention – Focus on love, unity, and peaceful contact.
✔️ Limit Stimulants – Avoid caffeine, heavy food, or media beforehand.
✔️ Hydrate + Ground – Drink water and connect with the Earth.
✔️ Tune In – Listen to soft music, meditate, or journal before arrival.
✔️ Pack Light – Only bring what you’ll need for comfort and focus.
🔮 What to Bring:
• Yoga mat, blanket, or chair
• Sweater or Jacket (gets chilly on the beach)
• Journal or notebook
• Flashlight or laser pointer (optional)
• Water + light snacks
• Bug spray
• Optional: crystals or flowers as an offering for the alter, musical instruments, tuning forks, singing bowls, binoculars, night vision goggles, telescope, frequency tools, etc
*Please check back at least 2 hours before the event to make sure it is not cancelled due to weather. CE5s will be rescheduled if the weather calls for rain, high winds or cold temps. Winds over 15 mph with the sand make for a very uncomfortable evening along with temps below 60 degrees as it’s always much colder on the beach so please check back prior to attending.

WHAT IS 9D BREATH WORK?
9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience that combines:
- conscious breathing techniques
- with multi-dimensional sound technology,
- guided visualization
- hypnosis-style coaching
- affirmations
- binaural beats
- emotional release practices.
The “9D” refers to multiple layers of audio and sensory elements designed to create a deeply engaging experience that feels more immersive than traditional guided meditation or breath work.
What Happens During a Session?
Participants will:
- Lie down comfortably on a comfy air mattress with noise canceling headphones, mask and blanket.
- Follow by a guided breathing pattern.
- Listen to a specially designed audio journey.
- Experience emotional release, insight, relaxation, or heightened awareness.
- The group will receive Energy Healing from Jillian during the entire session to help open up and clear out all of your energy bodies to help you release what is needed during the session, with sound bowls for the last 15 minutes.
- This Healing session is about 85 minutes long with an additional 15 minute intro and demonstration.
- Includes light bites and beverages after the session is complete.
