WHAT IS 9D BREATH WORK?
9D Breathwork is an immersive breathwork experience that combines:
- conscious breathing techniques
- with multi-dimensional sound technology,
- guided visualization
- hypnosis-style coaching
- affirmations
- binaural beats
- emotional release practices.
The “9D” refers to multiple layers of audio and sensory elements designed to create a deeply engaging experience that feels more immersive than traditional guided meditation or breath work.
What Happens During a Session?
Participants will:
- Lie down comfortably on a comfy air mattress with noise canceling headphones, mask and blanket.
- Follow by a guided breathing pattern.
- Listen to a specially designed audio journey.
- Experience emotional release, insight, relaxation, or heightened awareness.
- The group will receive Cosmic Reiki Energy Healing from Jillian during the entire session to help open up and clear out all of your energy bodies to help you release what is needed during the session, with sound bowls for the last 15 minutes.
- This Healing session is about 85 minutes long with an additional 15 minute intro and demonstration.
