This sound bath is open to everyone — no experience needed. Whether it’s your first time or you’re returning, this space is for you.

We’ll begin with a calming sound bath using healing instruments, followed by a soulful chanting session to deepen the experience.

All donations from this event will be directed to the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, a nonprofit organization working to end hunger and build healthy, food-secure communities across North Carolina.

Inter-Faith Food Shuttle is a nonprofit in North Carolina fighting hunger through food recovery, community farming, nutrition education, and job training. It serves seven counties with programs like Mobile Markets, school pantries, and culinary training to build food security and empower local communities.
