We generally meet on the 2nd Monday evening of the month at Deli Nerds in Costa Mesa, even if there is not an event listed here on meetup. See our website for more details.
We are the Costa Mesa Ukulele Club and invite you to join us. We are on the land of the Tongva and Acjachemen people. We play an instrument that came from Portuguese woodworkers and was perfected by the Hawaiian people.
We are both the best and the worst uke club in Costa Mesa that I am aware of.
We don’t know what we are doing, but we are having fun and using play as an act of resistance to the craziness of the world around us.
We play modern songs, from Taylor Swift, to The Ramones and The Clash, to Jimmy Eat World, Sublime, and more.
ALL are welcome at our sing and strum alongs. It doesn’t matter where you were born, who you love, or who you voted for. Use the golden rule as your guide and you can hang with us. Don’t be a dingus!

We meet at Deli Nerds in Costa Mesa on their beautiful patio.
We have extra ukuleles to loan out if you don't have one or can't afford one.
NO GUITARS. No looky loos. You must sing or play with us. This is not a performance.
