This is a GREAT opportunity to have FUN! Come dressed in a themed costume with a structured excuse to TALK 1-on-1 WITH EVERY OTHER PERSON ATTENDING -a PERFECT way to make new friends & have a break from another hum-drum, boring weekend!
Really, we’ll have costumed new people, food, drink, characters with hidden agendas, suspicion, accusations, and then a Murder ---what could go wrong? Bwahahahahahahah!

-->This is your invitation to have a FUN evening with everyone dressed in-costume, talking together, trying together to solve a Murder Mystery, sharing a Pot Luck dinner together, and imbibing BYO beverages as desired!
The Costumed Murder Mystery parties will be no more than 45-ish people, roughly half female and half male roles, and include Pot Luck dinners to get to know each other better & BYO beverages!
It's a group get-together -there's safety in numbers, so c'mon down and dress up!
The group get togethers will probably be Round Rock (Hwy 620, about 2 miles west of Interstate 35).
(Meetup requires stipulating attendees under 18 y.o. must have a guardian with them.)

Cupid/Valentine Fantasy at a "Costumed Wine Tasting" and Murder Mystery Dinner!
Round Rock, TX, USThis is the third year the Girato nel Buio Winery has released " Cupid's Love Bolt ".

This limited edition wine vintage has, in the past, been met with mixed reviews, however the winery's release parties have always gotten Excellent tabloid coverage (which the winery considers to be effective and free advertising!) due to the winery's encouraging attendees' indiscreet behavior and risqué costumes.

But after the prestigious guests have arrived and are all awaiting the announcement of the beginning of the tasting, a man is found dead in the cellars! Who killed him? Why?

There are many secrets to uncover as YOU and the other Guests continue to sample the wines, question each other, talk together, laugh, and share insights you've gotten, in your attempt to solve the Murder at the Winery!

Costume suggestions: Any related costume will work FINE, including:
- YOUR version of Cupid,
- a Pixie,
- a Fairy,
- Butterfly,
- Big red heart outfit,
- Cupid paired with a devil/angel,
- Cupid and/or a "victim" (heart-struck),
- Bodysuit (red or white) and a contrasting Tutu,
- Red or White Flirty party outfit (Bodycon dress? Miniskirt? Toga?)...
And you can accessorize:
- heart-shaped sunglasses,

To help you know what to expect, here's a brief review the mechanics of our upcoming Murder Mystery Party:
At 4:30, everyone should show up as close as possible to the 4:30 start time and drop off their contribution to the Party's Pot Luck buffet dinner table.
Drinks are BYOB.
Soon after you arrive, you'll have a choice of a specific Suspect character’s name, a very short description who your Suspect character is, and what your character knows about the murder. If all the Suspect roles have already been taken or you'd prefer not to be a Suspect, then you can be just one of several generic murder "Investigators".
(Note: "SUSPECTS" also are "Investigators", trying to sleuth-out who committed the murder, because until the end of the party, NO ONE knows who was the actual murderer!)
From 4:30 – 5:00, you can mingle/get to know the other guests at the Murder Mystery Party while imbibing whatever BYOB you've brought.
Around 5:00, everyone will sit down together and enjoy the Pot Luck dinner, talking and eating together whatever main course (or favorite side dish or salad) selections folks brought to share.
Promptly at 6:00, the Murder Mystery will start with an announcement that a body has been found at the party scene and that everyone should help the investigation by asking/talking to everyone else to uncover the clues and find out who among us is most likely to be guilty of the murder.
(Note 2: Everyone can continue snacking from the buffet table and enjoying their beverages throughout the Murder Mystery.)
Around 8:30 everyone will submit a secret ballot who they think is the murderer.
Finally, around 9:00, the announcement will be made which of us actually did commit the crime!
Remember: you’re coming to our Halloween Party to have FUN –wear a unique costume you feel laughingly happy showing-off in.
