Low Tech Oyster Mushroom Cultivation

Hello folks! CCL and Bay Area Applied Mycology are offering our first joint workshop of 2023!

From 5:00-5:45PM there will be open discussion and we will be identifying any mushrooms that people bring to the workshop.

From 6:00-7:30PM We will be demonstrating how to grow oyster mushrooms at home with an extremely low-tech method. It only involves 3 ingredients - Oyster Mushroom Grain Spawn, Sawdust pellets, and water!

Participants will be able to take home their own ~6 pound bag of oyster mushroom substrate that should produce mushrooms in about 4 weeks.

To cover the cost of the materials for this class we are charging $20 per person.
