Guided Chanting Practice (Approx 20 minutes)
Participate in a guided chanting session designed to introduce you to the practice and help you experience its immediate effects. We will engage in Aum chanting, which is one of the main mantras in Eastern philosophies, including Hinduism and Buddhism.

What to Bring
Generally we sit cross-legged on the floor. Please bring a cushion if that helps you. Chairs will also be available. Other than that, come as you are!
