Doors open at 8 a.m.
Morning session with break: 9 a.m. - noon

Afternoon session with break: 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Lunch reservations are now closed. If you pre-ordered lunch, you will pay for it ($12) when you check in.
Casselman's is also allowing attendees to bring their own lunches if they choose to. It is highly recommended that you purchase lunch or bring your own because you do not want to be late for the start of the afternoon session, and there aren't any restaurants very close to the venue.
Parking is only available on the street. Last year, we hosted an event at Casselman's with 250 attendees, and there were no issues with parking. It is recommended that you arrive early if you want a good spot and to allow yourself enough time to check in, pay for lunch and find a seat.
This event is open to the public and is limited to 250 RSVPs. It is listed on the calendar for our Colorado Springs, Denver and Pueblo chapters. If you are a member of another photography group or organization, please help us spread the word by sending this information to anyone you think will be interested in attending. Those who are not members of CPLG or those without PayPal accounts can RSVP by mailing a check payable to CPLG at 1136 Darby Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.

There is a set cost to renting the venue, and CPLG may end up paying part of the bill if we do not get enough RSVPs to cover this amount. If you find that your plans change, you may transfer your RSVP to someone else or donate your spot to another person who would like to attend. It is your responsibility to change your RSVP if you cannot be there. You will have to notify us if you transfer your RSVP so we can keep track of our attendee list.
Volunteers will be needed to make name tags, confirm RSVPs and assist with check-in. A meeting either July 29th or 30th asking for help from volunteers.
