Whether you have previous experience in martial arts or are a complete beginner looking to start your self defence journey, we cater for people from all walks of life and take you on a path to holistic wellness in mind, body, and spirit offering physical training in proven boxing and martial arts skills, alongside philosophy, mindfulness and breath training to bring about personal mastery and a life lived to its fullest potential both on and off the mat.

Join a supportive, non-competitive, ego free, and meathead free community of like-minded individuals who wish to use martial arts as a pathway to inner peace, clarity, and personal transformation, whilst learning long proven physical skills for self preservation, as developed by renowned martial artist Dr Rodney King, creator of the Crazy Monkey Defense Program.
