Inner Strength Training with Tamara: The Courage to Live a Life You Love is a seven-part transformational series designed to strengthen the inner muscles that support your clarity, confidence, and joy. Come to one or come to all of them on the 2nd Tuesday each month at 11am - 12:15pm.
