Welcome to Create & Connect @zeithafen! Your mindful creative community in Munich.

You are exactly where you need to be, when you want time just for yourself. Without social media and smartphones but with creating something with your hands and experience flow or take a mindfulness walk in nature.

At Create & Connect we combine mindfulness, creativity, and connection. Each session is designed to help you slow down, enjoy the process of creating, and meet like-minded people – all in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

No prior experience is needed – just curiosity and a willingness to be in the moment without any distraction.
