Immersive City Walk + Beach Ending

Hello island explorers!

🚶This is an invitation to an immersive city walk in Funchal.
We will walk together in a mindful way, inviting our senses to ground us to reality. We will try to truly see, hear, smell, maybe touch our surrounding while we walk together.

👃We might smell the tasty Sunday cooking from the open windows or hear the birds flying over us. We might want to keep an inventory of our favorite smells, images or sounds or even textures, creating some vivid memories of a relaxed Sunday walk.

🐬There will be some guided prompts, invitations for playfulness and the route is not pre-decided, so we can follow the flow instead of a tourist planned tour.
The focus is on the mindful presence and immersive experience, so too much talking is not encouraged.
There will be plenty of socializing time at the beach later!-
A secluded beach in Funchal(rather insider tip!) to swim, chill and hang out.

🍌Bring some snacks, drinks and optional if you feel like a camera for art photos or a notebook to write your impressions, poetry or journal. Bring also your yoyo if you want.
