This group is dedicated to curious, adventurous and open-minded humans that crave more aliveness in their body, authentic expression, joy, genuine connection with other humans and the greater cosmos, softness, empowerment, healing, embodied presence or simply more fun in their (busy) life. 🧑‍🩰

Activities can include dance classes, guided sensory walks in nature, creative photo walks, laughter yoga, drawing sessions and more. Stay tuned for special experiences and be part of a supportive community of curious explorers! 🫍

A bit about the organiser:
Ola! I am Stathis, a queer Greek artist, embodiment photographer and movement facilitator, currently (and freshly) based in Madeira, after living in Berlin for 11 years.

My journey with body expression and movement had started long ago as a way to understand and heal myself from complex PTSD.
I am passionate about creating spaces for shared inquiry, fun exploration, deep connections and free movement.
