Creative Hearts Music, Art, and Yoga Events for Children

Come join the fun for a wonderful children's enrichment event which will include children's yoga, story time, in addition to a time for music and singing as well. For the yoga practice, there will be a variety of simple postures that will help to develop children's flexibiliy, strength, and balance. During the music time, children will have an opportunity to sing along to a variety of songs and may want to dance along with rainbow streamers and maracas as well! This event is intended for ages 3-10, and children must be accompanied by an adult.

What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat or towel to sit on

Directions and Meeting Point:
Please see the google maps directions on how to find Kiowa Dr. After coming to the intersection of Lake Murray Blvd. and Kiowa Dr., go all the way down Kiowa and into the entrance of Lake Murray. Follow the road around the lake and to the left will be a large parking lot. At the end of the main parking lot will be 'Lake Murray Boat Rental and Concession.' You can see the map pin to get a better idea of where the store is located. We'll meet in the front of this store, and from there we'll take a short walk to find a quieter area for the yoga session. You may also need to park in the parking lot areas to the right if the main parking lot is already full.
