Creative Play (for Adults)

Hi! I'm Renee. After 12+years of teaching art, poetry, theater, and improv, I'm bringing creative ARTS & PLAY to ADULTS.

Society often says play is only for children, but my goal is to use play, art, & creativity as a self development tool for adults - growing in authentic expression, connection, embodiment, and overall personal agency.

Participatory creative play leaves us feeling alive again.

• Since everyone has their own unique play personalities, I strive to use many different modes of creative play but my specialties are creative and imaginative play. Activities include drawing, music, writing, poetry, storytelling, inventing, problem solving, puzzles, improv, and body movement.

NOTE: Participants DO NOT need to be "skilled" in any of these modes- this is an opportunity to play at your level without the inner critic yelling at you to "make a good product". The WHOLE POINT of these workshops is to expand your growth mindset.
