ReigniteHER is an intimate, empowering 4-week journey for women who want to leave behind the overwhelming weight of burnout and overwhelm. Through mindfulness, self-reflection, creative practices, and deep group connection, this programme will help you restore your inner balance, reignite your passion, and transform your life.

You will be supported in cultivating clarity, gaining a deeper sense of self-worth, and aligning your daily life with your deepest desires and putting your needs first. This programme is for women who are ready to let go of what's no longer serving them and embrace a life of authenticity, empowerment, and ease.

### What You’ll Experience:

1. Reconnect with Your Inner Power Throughout the programme, you will be guided through the process of reconnecting with yourself. Explore what balance means to you and discover how to reclaim your energy and strength.
2. Overcome Burnout & Restore Energy We will explore the tools and practices to help release stress, prevent burnout, and cultivate a life of emotional, physical, and mental balance. You will learn to embrace mindfulness and self-compassion to protect your well-being.
3. Explore Creativity as a Source of Transformation You will rediscover the creative spark within you. Whether through photography, journaling, or other creative practices, you will unlock the power of creative expression as a tool for healing and personal growth.
4. Gain Clarity & Confidence By the end of the programme, you will have a renewed sense of clarity and confidence in your path moving forward. You will come away with an intentional plan to continue living in alignment with who you are.

### Programme Structure:

Weekly 2-Hour Sessions: Each week, we will gather for 2-hour live group coaching sessions. These interactive and deeply reflective sessions are designed to create a space for exploration, growth, and meaningful transformation.
Comprehensive Workbook: You will receive a workbook designed to guide you through exercises, journaling prompts, and reflections. It’s your personal tool to deepen your insights and help you stay on track, both during and in between sessions.
Weekly Accountability Check-Ins: Throughout the programme, you will receive weekly accountability check-ins to keep you motivated and supported. These check-ins ensure that you stay aligned with your goals, overcome any challenges, and continue moving forward.
Intimate Group Size: To provide a safe, supportive, and intimate environment for deeper learning and connection, the programme is limited to just 4-6 women. This small group size ensures personalised attention and creates the space for meaningful connections to be made.
