Sketchy Comedy - Drawing with Standup comedy

Get ready for Sketchy Comedy, an electrifying evening where standup comedy collides with live doodling. Armed with pencils and paper (or grab a kit at the door), you’ll sketch along with the jokes, compete in a playful drawing challenge, and help vote on the night’s funniest creation. All while enjoying brilliant sets from talented comedians!

What's Happening?
🖍️ Phase A – Drawing Contest: “What’s the Funniest Drawing?”
Kick off the night with a light-hearted drawing competition! A whimsical prompt (e.g. “Draw an elephant flirting with a snake”) will be projected on the big screen.
Grab your pencil and paper (provided or bring your own), sketch your masterpiece, and pin it to the Drawing Wall.

🎤 Phase B – Standup Comedy, Part 1
Standup comedians take the stage with short sets to get the laughter rolling. Feel free to sketch them while they perform—no pressure, just fun!

☕ Break – 20 Minutes
Grab a drink, mingle, and check out the growing gallery of drawings.

🎭 Phase C – Standup Comedy, Part 2
Standup comedians take the stage again with short sets.

🏆 Phase D – Drawing Awards
Time to vote! The funniest drawing submissions will be projected, and the audience will choose the winner.
Prize: A custom 3D-printed trophy + one free drink 🍹
We’ll also showcase and comment on the rest of the drawings—expect some hilarious interpretations of comedians and fellow attendees!

The event is held in English.

What about the art materials?
- Bring your own art materials. We allow pencils, pens or markers.

- Grab a Sketch Hit at the venue for just €3
A Sketch Kit includes a small sketchpad A5 and a pencil.

Do I need to draw?
You do not need to draw. If you are not in the mood you may just watch.

I can't draw. Can I still come?
Absolutely yes! People who can't draw have an advantage when making funny masterpieces.
