45 minutes of gentle yoga will ease you into a guided meditation. This is a delicious, slower-paced class for those who may have muscular or joint issues. Or for those who just want to indulge in a gentler experience. Great for beginners.
This class is both in person and on Zoom. When you RSVP you will receive the link by message. I will not have time to respond to RSVPs received less than two hours before class time. IMPORTANT: Please have messages enabled to get the link.
