Event Format

  1. Warm-up
    • Start with 10-15 minutes of light stretching.
  2. Main Training Session (1 hour)
    • Engage in a proper workout using battle rope, sand bag, and outdoor CrossFit-style exercises. Equipment will be provided
  3. Cooldown
    • Gather and take a group photo to celebrate the effort.
    • Conclude with 5 minutes of gentle stretching to relax and recover.
