About us
Crossroads is our Life Group created just for Gen Z young adults (20s-30s) who want to explore faith, life, and great reads together.
We meet on Friday nights at a coffee shop and discuss a voted on book. We meet on Fridays @7:00 pm. Look for the table with our name.

Hiking at Apple River Canyon State Park/Galena

The summer is going by quickly!
This summer we would like to try a morning hike and picnic at Apple River Canyon State Park followed by a trip to nearby Galena for dinner:
- 8:45 AM: Meet in Vernon Hills for carpool
- 9:00 AM: Depart Vernon Hills
- 11:20–11:30 AM: Arrive at Apple River Canyon
- 11:45 AM–1:30 PM: River Route and Tower Rock trails
- 1:30–2:15 PM: Picnic lunch beside the river
- 2:20 PM: Depart for Galena
- 3:00 PM: Arrive in Galena
- 3:00–5:30 PM: Explore Galena
- 5:30–7:00 PM: Dinner in Galena
- 7:00–7:15 PM: Depart
- 9:30–10:00 PM: Return to Vernon Hills.
