Join our Crouch End Sunday morning dance Meetup for a fun and energizing start to your day! This group is perfect for music and movement enthusiasts looking to connect with like-minded individuals. We will be loosely following the Open Floor movement cycle. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to get active, we welcome all levels of experience. Come ready to groove, meet new friends, and start your Sunday on a high note with our supportive and inclusive community.

Welcome to a new dance/movement session in the heart of London's Crouch End!
Bring your Sunday morning to life at Sun-dance, the monthly Open Floor session led by experienced movement teacher, Julia Franks.
Each month we will focus on a different aspect of embodiment; take taking time to drop our awareness into breath and moving bodies; dance to specially selected playlists and create community together.
This is a hybrid events so not only will there be a friendly group of dancers in the room, there will also be an online contingent of dancers from all over the country, and the world!
The session takes place at Life By Margot (Wellbeing Centre)
84 Park Road, Crouch End, N8 8JQAfter the session, you can enjoy the wonderful cafes, pubs and restaurants outside the venue; visit Alexandra Palace market, or stroll in the ancient woodland of Queens and Highgate woods.
All abilities welcome.
