About us
Curious about Bitcoin, Ethereum and meme coins? Come hang out with the Amsterdam SPX6900 community.
We’re a crew of local and regional crypto folks with different experience and backgrounds gathered around SPX6900, a fast-growing global movement of everyday people organising online but also meet each other in real life. It follows in the footsteps of Occupy Wall Street and GameStop, shaped by the same concerns about inequality, job insecurity and AI.
No wallet or prior knowledge needed. Ask anything; nobody here will make you feel dumb. Everyone is welcome if you are open-minded and are willing to talk about differents topics and be nice.
Most meet-ups/activities will be in and around Amsterdam, but we will also have meet-ups across the country!
What we do:
• Casual in-person hangouts
• Real conversation about crypto culture, memecoins, online movements and what’s next
• Fun activities often sponsored by the community
Come for the curiosity. Stay for the people.
We’re a community, not financial advisors. Nothing here is financial advice or a promise of returns, nobody will sell you anything, and there’s zero pressure to buy or hold any coin. Crypto is risky, so never put in more than you can afford to lose.
