Singing Bowls are healing instruments that offer a powerful sound and vibrational frequency. At With Intentions, we play the chakra crystal bowls, enhanced with crystal alchemy bowls.

The bowls can help you release emotional blockages and relax your mind. Sound baths can be emotional, but ultimately bring deep relaxation, peace, and clarity.

Doors open 15 minutes prior to meditation and close promptly at start time.

Yoga mats, comfy chairs, blankets, and props provided for your use or bring your own personal things to make your meditation comfortable.
