Speaker’s Bio:
Dr. Glen Z. Qin is the President of California Science and Technology University. He has more than 20 years of experience in higher education, engineering, product management, and executive leadership, with prior roles at Netgear, Arescom, AT&T Labs, and Bell Labs. Dr. Qin earned his Ph.D. and Master of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley. His work focuses on AI education, emerging technologies, career transformation, and preparing students for opportunities in the changing workforce.
