Glasgow Tandem Club Taster Session

Details
Looking for a new challenge? Glasgow tandem club is on the lookout for confident cyclists with experience riding on roads to become tandem pilots. The club promotes cycling for adults with vision impairment, who could not otherwise enjoy the benefits of cycling that most people take for granted. We are a friendly group of sighted and vision impaired cyclists, enjoying at least 2 weekend rides each month of between 20- 50 miles on local cycle paths and quiet roads. We also have shorter rides for new members as required. New members are always welcome, so if you'd like to try out your skills as a tandem pilot ( front rider), you would be welcome at this session in Bellahouston Park. We also welcome anyone with a vision impairment to try out as a stoker (on the back) at this session. So if this is you or someone you know, please come along , and feel free to share our information.
It's good fun, very sociable, and a great way to share your passion for cycling. Full instruction and guidance will be given.
