Girvan Loop
A hilly circular cycle route, starting at Girvan Railway Station mostly on roads, approximately 46 miles long.
Meet: 0915 at Glasgow Central Station
(Train leaves Glasgow Central at 0930 arriving Girvan at 1057- one change at Ayr)
Route details:
Girvan shoreline to Colmonell, Lendalfoot ( interesting wartime memorial of a Russian shipwreck) Barr, Dailly and back to Girvan.

The pace will be moderate averaging 10-12mph. It's an undulating route with approx 2800ft of ascent.
Coffee/ brunch opportunity at shack on shore. Cafe at Barr, after about 30 miles, and/or bring your own lunch.
Estimate back to Glasgow about 18:30 (Trains on the hour at 1701 & 1800)
