A nice short ride for today to allow you to recover from your exertions on the 100 miler on Sunday, a leisurely 40 Miles, mainly flat (its a canal towpath) with one hill as we pass Blairskaith Linn waterfall and then onto Oscars Cafe for lunch annd refreshments.

Glasgow Green, Duke Street, Wishart Street, Glasgow RI , Over the rusty Sighthill bridge onto the canal path to kirkintilloch - Torrance, Baldernock, Mugdock, Milngavie- Bearsden, Drumchapel, Forth & Clyde canal- return to Glasgow Green

Banana stop at Kirkintilloch after about 10 miles
Lunch stop at Oscars Cafe just before Mugdoch village or - Bring your own lunch.
