Meetup.com/ctpickupsoccer including all of their organizers are NOT to be held liable for any issues that arise as a result of Meetup.com/ctpickupsoccer members playing soccer or use of any fields or for use of the Meetup.com/ctpickupsoccer web portal (web or mobile). Meetup.com/ctpickupsoccer is solely an organizing platform and does not take responsibility for our members or anyone participating for that matter in one of our scheduled events. Injuries, use of any fields that may or may not be permitted to be played on or, use of the Meetup.com/ctpickupsoccer portal(s) or any issues that arise as a result of a scheduled event via Meetup.com/ctpickupsoccer is not the responsibility of any of the organizers. Members take full responsibility for their actions.
The job of the Organizer and Co-Organizers is purely administrative and is limited to keeping the website updated, ensuring payments are made to meetup.com and primarily providing an avenue for Meetup.com/ctpickupsoccer members to participate in soccer games . The job of the Event Organizers and other Organizers is to provide a platform for members of Meetup.com/ctpickupsoccer to come together at a specific location to play soccer.
Any restrictions, refusals, denials, injuries, quarrels, disagreements as a result of the scheduled events are NOT the responsibility of any of the organizers.
Organizers cannot control where members play soccer. Organizers cannot be held liable if members play soccer at a venue where the town or another agencies disallow the use of their soccer fields. Members are solely responsible for their actions.

In consideration for accepting this entry, I, the registrant, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, do waive and release any and all rights for damages I may have against any parties or persons connected with the Connecticut Pickup Soccer for and related to the above listed event. I attest and verify that I am physically fit to participate in any portion of this above listed event.
As a member, if you decide to participate in any of our event(s), you assume full responsible for any issues that may arise as result of your participation in the scheduled meetup.
Organizers will NOT be held responsible for member's actions. No agency, entity person, organization, etc. will hold the organizers responsible.
