Heart-centred, kind and respectful touch blesses both the receiver and giver. The nervous system relaxes, the breath deepens, the heart rate slows and we feel connected, calm and quiet.
Many of us can feel deprived of physical contact and touch and yet it is so vital to our wellbeing and happiness. Even if we have a lot of sex, a sensual element to it can be missing; that sweetness of just being held.
In this clothed workshop, we will work together to create a safe space that meets people’s varying need for physical contact with others. No experience necessary. Please book your place in advance.

The session will involve movement, mindful awareness, shared touch and massage and partner and small group exercises. You will remain clothed and each person will get to determine their own boundaries and preferences during the workshop.
Join us and inhabit your body more fully, relaxing into it with deeper compassion, appreciation and contentment.

- TRE® (tension and trauma release exercises) with Andy19 Greek St, London£12.00
TRE® is a set of simple, safe exercises that enable the body to access and release deep tension, stress and trauma patterns from the body.
The exercises safely activate the natural and innate reflex of vibrating/tremoring/shaking in the muscles to release tension and calm the nervous system.
When this movement happens in a safe and controlled environment, the body can find its way back into balance.
TRE®’s muscle vibrations and shakes generally feel pleasurable and soothing. After doing TRE®, many people report feelings of peace and well-being.
TRE® is a self-help tool that can be used as needed throughout life, continuously supporting and promoting health and wellbeing.
Please bring a rolled up towel and bottle of water.
Please note this is a ticketed event and is available to gay, bi, queer men and their friends.
