Hi Everyone:

Happy Foodie Adventure Friday to all of you!!! We're gonna be going to the Mediterranean again, oh yeah!!!

The food is so tasty and savory in this part of the world, it's too good, so we're going back for more!!!

We're headed to far West Asia, to the Middle Eastern country of Lebanon via Tanoor!!! Mmmm, Mmmm, Mmmm....

This is one of my absolute favorite cuisines, I could easily overindulge on Middle Eastern cuisine... thick hummus topped with a fresh and creamy dollop of crushed garlic, and olive oil drizzled all over, smoked flavored over the grill roasted eggplant in Babaghanouge, tender and juicy spiced up grilled Kabobs, Shawarmas with lemony garlic sauce drizzled all over the filling, savory Mezzes and pita bread to dip and soak up the exotic minced veggie flavors and spices.

It's been a while since I've had Lebanese cuisine. Our group has visited this restaurant before, when it first opened, so we're way over due!!!

If you haven't tried Lebanese cuisine before, this is a perfect time to dive in and check it out. I know you'll love it, it's flavorful, healthy and most of all, deeelicious!!!
