Cultured Milwaukee is back!! Whether you were attending our events, like the ever popular MAM After Dark at the Milwaukee Art Museum (still hoping they bring it back!) before Covid or just found us today, I am glad you are here!
Did you ever imagine a symphony orchestra fusing classical music with Radiohead’s critically-acclaimed album OK Computer?? This is the unique kind of event that Cultured Milwaukee will offer.
You can expect events like dance socials at Delaware House, live music events, festivals and markets, Gallery Nights, movies old and new at Milwaukee’s landmark theaters, StorySlams, events at the UWM and the MPM planetariums, movies with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and so much more!
And, just as before, performing arts shows and performances at The Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Next Act Theater, and the Milwaukee Ballet, Florentine Opera and Broadway musicals at The Marcus Performing Arts Center.
I created this group to host events around the city that may be “out of the norm” for some of you or perhaps these are the kinds of events you want to attend but you don’t have anyone to go with - you have found your people! I am a certified "unique event finder," 😉 and I love exploring everything that our great city has to offer! Join me!
***Note: Updated 9/27/23 -- Meetup charges me $200 per year to be an organizer. :-/ Members who attend the group's events regularly encouraged me to use the Pledge feature -- rather than requiring Cultured Milwaukee members to pay an annual fee membership fee, you can send me a donation: 100% goes to me, reimbursing me for the steep annual Organizer fee.
