You will have an opportunity to learn how to do spiritual exercises, listen to others’ stories, and share your own experiences with meditation or contemplation.

We will sing HU, a love song to God. You can sing along aloud, sing inwardly, or simply listen. This event is in a comfortable and relaxed online environment.

We plan to discuss:
- A variety of spiritual exercises that you can try out at home
- The Light and Sound of God: What is it?
- How do you know if you’ve had a spiritual experience?
- Your inner worlds and how to become more aware of visiting these places
- Your dreams as windows to the inner worlds
